Peter Fagan has been a solicitor for over twenty years and has extensive experience in commercial litigation.

Peter is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the High Court of Australia, in Ireland and New Zealand.

His practice areas include complex litigation, including, class actions, negligence, property and equity disputes. Some of the class actions he has managed in the education and property industries have gained national attention for their importance.
