With more than 30 years of experience in property law, Paul is an accomplished lawyer with extensive expertise across residential, commercial and rural property matters.

Throughout his career, Paul has advised individuals, families, businesses and property owners on a broad range of complex property and commercial transactions. His experience includes commercial and retail leasing, residential and commercial conveyancing, rural property transactions, the sale and purchase of businesses and companies, trust matters and succession planning.

Paul has particular experience in managing complex transactions involving GST and stamp duty considerations, easements and other technical property issues. He has also advised rural landowners in relation to agricultural properties and solar farm leasing arrangements.

In addition to his property and commercial law practice, Paul has experience in estate planning and administration, including the preparation of wills, obtaining grants of probate and assisting with the administration of estates.

He also brings valuable board experience, having served as a Director and Board Member of St Joseph’s Aged Care Facility in Kensington on a pro bono basis.
